Author Guidelines

The Journal of Clinical Trials and Case Studies accepts all type of articles related to Clinical Trial Reports, Clinical Trial stage I-IV discoveries, Clinical research, all type of trials, all type of Protocols, all Trials Phases, Clinical Trials Management, Clinical Trials Data Management, Clinical Case reports, case series, also covering case reports in Immunology, Gynecology, Clinical Pathology, Cardiovascular Disease, Endocrinology, Diabetes etc. The journal accepting type of articles like Research, review, mini review, short communication, commentary, case study, prospective, editorials, book reviews, thesis etc.

Accepted articles will be published within 20-25 days. Clinical Trials and Case Studies (JCTCS) welcomes direct submissions of manuscripts from authors. You can submit article at publish@probejournals.com

Type of articles

Research article: 8,000 words maximum for a research article

A research article presents new research findings or conceptual analyses that add to existing knowledge in a substantial way.

Abstract: 250 words limit

Maximum keyword count: 6

Maximum number of references: 100

Tables and figures—a maximum of ten tables and ten figures are allowed.

Review:3,500-5,000 word count

A review article summarises previously published material on a relevant and timely topic, highlighting and discussing major findings within the context of the current literature.

Maximum word count for abstract: 250 keywords

Maximum number of keywords: 6

Maximum number of references: 120

Tables and figures—a maximum of ten tables and ten figures are allowed.

Maximum word count for a little review is 3,000.

A mini-review is a shorter, more condensed review paper that concentrates on the most recent findings in a certain field or subject. Current and new research trends that are relevant to the discipline should be summarised.

Maximum word count for perspective: 1,500

An article with a personal perspective on models or current discoveries offers a venue for discussion. These should be fair and scientifically accurate, even though they might offer insightful comments on approaches, concepts, or regulations.

Commentary: 1,500 maximum words

A commentary article would include a fact-based critique or an explanation to analyse, defend, or refute a previously published article in the journal. Journal of Clinical Trials and Case Studies occasionally will also take into account comments on publications or other materials that have been published elsewhere.

The article and cover letter must clearly cite the original work, as requested by the authors.

Case Studies

In exceptional circumstances, the journal will take into account case studies submitted to the journal that offer a fresh understanding of a disease or treatment that significantly advances our understanding of its molecular underpinnings.

Peer-review policy

The journal follows double blind peer review process. Initially preliminary analysis will be done for all type of articles, later editors will check the scope of the articles, followed by the review process. Editor’s decision will be the final step to accept the articles.

Publication fee of the articles : Journal of Clinical Trials and Case Studies is not receiving any kind of Financial support. The journal not charging any kind of subscription/submission fee, but we charge the fee

Preprints

The journal supports the deposit of papers in preprint servers and believes that this does not jeopardise the results' uniqueness. Articles based on content that was previously exclusively accessible via a preprint server, institutional repository, or thesis will be considered

Withdrawal Policy

We are not charging any kind of withdrawal fee if the authors wants to withdraw the article within 3-5 days. If the authors wants to withdraw the article after 5 days, we will charge EUR 219 as a withdrawal fee.

Responsibilities of the editors

This Journal is always a collaborative effort. Managing challenges of research integrity and publishing ethics in journal is no exception. Legal concerns may arise as a result of these issues. Confidentiality

The corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate, are the only people who should know about a manuscript that has been submitted to them.

Responsibilities of reviewers

The peer-reviewing process helps the editor and editorial board make editorial judgments, and it may also help the author improve their manuscript. Any referee who feels unqualified to examine the research described in a paper or understands that timely review is impossible should inform the editor and withdraw from the review process. Manuscripts submitted for review must be treated as private papers. They must not be shared or discussed with anyone else unless the editor has given permission.
